NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Aldermen of the City of Highland Haven, Texas will hold a public hearing at the Highland Haven Community Center, 118 Blackbird, Highland Haven, Texas, on April 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM for the purpose of receiving public comments on the proposed initiation of annexation proceedings of the following generally described areas of land:

Being Lots Nos. One Hundred Seventy-Six (176) and One Hundred Seventy-Seven (177) in Shady Acres Section Two, in Burnet County, Texas, according to plat recorded in Volume 1, Page 56, of the Plat Records of Burnet County, Texas, LESS AND EXCEPT any property already within the city limits of the City of Highland Haven, Texas.
